REFUND POLICY

What is your Returns and Exchanges policy? 

All sales are final. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales.dunyaabaya@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your item, we will reimburse the amount via store credit.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETRUNABLE ITEMS.

We cannot take responsibility for color perception as color may slightly differ from actuality due to individual monitor and brightness settings.

All abayas are hand produced and therefore all measurements are approximations.

Stones, beads or sequins being displaced cannot be deemed as a defect in the abaya(s) received as this is caused by the nature of the work / handling.

All SALE items and LAST pieces sale cannot be returned or refunded.
